The 2018 AEGPL Congress took place in Monaco from the 31st of May to the 1st of June. Over 100 innovative LPG companies were represented, including V-Gas. It was a pleasure for Angel Angelov, Executive Director of “Vi-Gas Bulgaria”, to be a part of the conference “From Ideas to Solutions”.
The choice of Monaco as the hosting destination was not innocent. The Principality is becoming increasingly known as a Green Hub, leading international efforts in promoting environmental solutions and a live lab for sustainable initiatives.
This year the LPG industry was honoured to welcome His Serene Highness Prince Albert of Monaco for the Opening Ceremony. Congress delegates then heard about the most challenging subjects for the sector from experts, policy makers, and industry representatives. The main focus was on the benefits to companies that are willing to use LPG in innovative projects.
The 2018 AEGPL Congress was a success, gathering a total of 1000 participants. As in previous editions, the Congress included also a selection of Social Events, with particular relevance to the Gala Dinner that took place at the very exclusive Monaco Yacht Club.

The 2019 European LPG Congress will take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from the 24th to the 26th of September next year. The 2019 edition will be a joint event with the World LPG Forum organised by the World LPG Association – all the information can be found here.
