Since the beginning of 2020, our filling plant in Benkovski has been equipped with a new transport line that facilitates operators and speeds up the entire process of filling and inspection of our LPG bottles. We regularly update our product filling facilities, as well as our LPG bottles, so that we can offer the highest quality products and services on the market and to ensure optimal working conditions for our employees. Because of the new transport line, we are achieving more as:
- the operators optimize their work – reducing physical labour and effort;
- the noise is reduced – the bottles do not hit the rollers;
- the colour of the bottles is preserved – there is no friction between them;
- the speed of the whole process is increasing;
- the work environment is improving – a number of operations are facilitated.
The capacity of the new transport line is approximately 330 bottles per hour and its speed is 13-15 meters per second.
