The signatories recommend that the CO2 regulation for heavy-duty vehicles take into account sustainable and renewable fuels such as LPG, which would be in line with the objectives of the Green Deal and accelerate the decarbonisation of the sector. <\/p>\n<p>We publish part of the open letter from the industries:<\/p>\n<p><em>Heavy-duty transport is a vital sector for the functioning of the internal market and an appropriate regulatory framework for the development of environmentally friendly vehicles using different technologies and fuels.
