{"id":5584,"date":"2020-02-12T13:17:17","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T10:17:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/v-gas.bg\/we-are-equipped-with-a-new-transport-line\/"},"modified":"2020-02-12T13:17:17","modified_gmt":"2020-02-12T10:17:17","slug":"we-are-equipped-with-a-new-transport-line","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/v-gas.bg\/en\/we-are-equipped-with-a-new-transport-line\/","title":{"rendered":"We are equipped with a new transport line"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Since the beginning of 2020, our filling plant in the village of Benkovski has been equipped with a new assembly line, which facilitates the work of operators and speeds up the entire process of filling and inspecting our propane-butane cylinders. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We regularly update the equipment used to fill our products, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/v-gas.bg\/samo-za-2019-g-zakupihme-10-500-novi-gazovi-butilki\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">our<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">packaging<\/span> so that we can offer the highest quality products and services on the market and provide optimal working conditions for our employees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>With the new transport line, we achieve more because:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>operators optimize their work<\/strong> \u2013 physical labor and effort are reduced;<\/li>\n<li><strong>the paint on the bottles remains intact<\/strong> \u2013 there is no friction between them;<\/li>\n<li><strong>noise is reduced<\/strong> \u2013 bottles do not bump against the rollers;<\/li>\n<li><strong>the speed of the entire process increases<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>The working environment is improving<\/strong> \u2013 a number of operational tasks are becoming easier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The capacity of the new production line is approximately 330 bottles per hour, and its speed is 13-15 meters per second.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since the beginning of 2020, our filling plant in the village of Benkovski has been equipped with a new assembly line, which facilitates the work of operators and speeds up the entire process of filling and inspecting our propane-butane cylinders.
