During the past year, our team managed to meet the challenges of the market; complete a number of optimizations and justify the trust of our current customers, as well as to attract new ones. This would not have been possible if over the years we had not built a cohesive team with expertise and a desire for development.
For more than 20 years we have been offering Bulgarian consumers bottles for household needs, both through our own network of partners and through the shelves for sale at almost all retail chains of gas stations. Over the years, we prove that we are a reliable provider of technical services and safety training. Therefore, our products and services are preferred by both domestic and industrial customers and gas stations.
Here are some of the achievements of V-Gas in 2021, which help us look forward to another successful new year.
Attracting new customers and increasing their trust.
In 2021 we record 80% growth in new customers of gas installations, and sales will double compared to 2019. More and more consumers are convinced of the reliability and practicality of home heating systems and the quality of service we provide. Customers prefer us because we offer comprehensive service – from providing a tank (deposit or purchase), technical advice and training, assistance in building the installation and legalization, propane filling, follow-up maintenance and maintenance to the technical inspection of the tank and installation, emergency assistance, etc.
Not only the number of customers of V-Gas home installations is increasing, but also those who use our other products and services, thanks to our timely and reliable deliveries with coverage throughout Bulgaria. We continue to be the preferred supplier of autogas for many of the recognizable gas station chains on the market.
Launching a new top product – high-quality composite bottles Hexagon Ragasco.
From the beginning of 2021, we offer on the Bulgarian market innovative composite bottles in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety. The cylinders are manufactured by world leader Hexagon Ragasco. The innovative bottles are extremely light and easy to carry and store. The pilot batch has already been distributed to key customers, taking into account the benefits of optimized transport. Due to the increased interest from corporate clients, we plan to provide a new account in 2022.
In 2021, our employees went through over 35 training exercises.
For the past year, we conducted dozens of training exercises for our employees, the priority ones being those related to the regulatory framework and safety, as well as those for raising the qualification. We also regularly report feedback from our employees through an internal survey related to various aspects of their responsibilities in the company.
Optimizations in the main priorities – quality, safety, job security.
Product quality control (propane-butane and propane) remains an extremely important priority of the company. Chromatographic analyzes establish full compliance with BDS EN 589, high propane content, and the product provides suitable for each of the seasons’ vapour pressure.
We continue to live up to our excellent reputation for safety and law enforcement. We passed successfully and without remarks the regular annual inspections by the control bodies – the Ministry of Environment and Water and the Municipality of Maritza; of the State Agency for State Reserves and Wartime Stocks; “Inspectorate for State Technical Supervision”, “General Labor Inspectorate” and the Regional Directorate for Fire Safety and Protection of the Population.

Last year our company continued to be a market leader thanks to its many years of experience in presenting to customers all possible applications of LPG – cylinders, industrial and domestic gas installations, autogas, wholesale, logistics and technical services, consulting and training.
We welcome 2022 with the beginning of the realization of an environmental goal – the construction of a photovoltaic plant for the own needs of GPS Benkovski, for which permits have already been issued.
