Since May 31, 2019, Vi-Gas Bulgaria EAD has a new CEO, Maya Blagoeva, and the company has become part of the Synergon Holding AD family. The holding company is the majority owner of more than 20 enterprises and holds minority stakes in other companies.
Maya Blagoeva takes over from Angel Angelov, who represented V-Gas between February 2009 and May 2019. She has a degree in economics and international CIMA certificates. Maya Blagoeva joined Shell Gas Bulgaria EAD in 1999 as an accountant and has held various positions, including that of finance director for more than 12 years. Before being appointed CEO of V-Gas, she served as Director of Development, Projects, and Analysis at the company.
The changes introduced at V-Gas are aimed at optimizing the services and products offered by the company. As part of Synergon Holding AD, the company will continue to adhere to the highest health and safety standards, provide quality service to its customers, and uphold its business principles.
