Since the beginning of 2020, our filling plant in the village of Benkovski has been equipped with a new assembly line, which facilitates the work of operators and speeds up the entire process of filling and inspecting our propane-butane cylinders.
We regularly update the equipment used to fill our products, as well as our packaging so that we can offer the highest quality products and services on the market and provide optimal working conditions for our employees.
With the new transport line, we achieve more because:
- operators optimize their work – physical labor and effort are reduced;
- the paint on the bottles remains intact – there is no friction between them;
- noise is reduced – bottles do not bump against the rollers;
- the speed of the entire process increases;
- The working environment is improving – a number of operational tasks are becoming easier.
The capacity of the new production line is approximately 330 bottles per hour, and its speed is 13-15 meters per second.
