To celebrate our 25th anniversary, we held a team-building event on April 23 and 24 at the Jägerhof Hotel in Plovdiv.
The theme of the event, “Journey Through Time,” prompted V-Gas employees to look back at the past to recall special moments, as well as to think about today, looking toward a bright future—TOGETHER, as ONE TEAM.
Important artifacts from the company’s 25-year history were presented, including photographs, souvenirs, magazines, promotional materials, uniforms, etc. However, the truly valuable items were the entertaining stories and personal memories shared by each member of the team about their work at V-Gas.
Employees were divided into groups and participated in numerous games dedicated to the company’s anniversary.
The program included:
- Stories “We Were Young…” – brief memories and stories from the very beginning of the company;
- “Where are we today?” – reflect on the following questions: “What helps us cope and be successful?”; “What slows us down or stops us?”; “What challenges do we see ahead and how will we overcome them?”;
- A look into the future: “What makes us special as a team?”
Each member of the team wrote a card with wishes on the occasion of V-Gas’s 50th anniversary.
The team building event became a special occasion that gave employees the opportunity not only to reminisce fondly about the past, but also to think about the future and ways to continue reaping success.
