A survey, conducted among 47 of the customers of V-Gas in the period August-October 2018, shows that respondents overwhelmingly rate the service of a14> company and the quality of the products as very good. Among those who completed the survey, there is not a single one who has indicated who has indicated an answer “unsatisfied” regarding the questions, included in the survey. It focuses on assessing the performance of the a46> delivery, correctness of documents, quality of the product, technical service, maintenance, inspections and others.
96% of respondents give good and very good ratings for accuracy and transparency in the submission of offers by on the part of V-Gas. An even higher percentage (98%) describe it as very good or good, and 26% describe its flexibility and openness as good. a26> good flexibility and openness of the employees of company when conducting commercial and technical negotiations. 70% and give the highest possible assessment for demonstrated professionalism, competence and experience in the process of work.
The survey results also show that V-Gas customers are highly satisfied with the seriousness, responsibility, and commitment in fulfilling the commitments made, as well as with the tolerance, collegiality, and responsiveness demonstrated in the work process. Customers are also very satisfied with the quality of the products delivered and the responsiveness and efficiency in resolving discrepancies and complaints.
To the question “Why did you choose V-Gas?V-Gas as your supplier of gas propane butane?”, the responses received indicate that, the main reasons are: the following:
- good existing relationships and interpersonal relationships (91%)
- expected professionalism and correctness (89%)
- good quality of the product (85%)
100% of those surveyed will continue to use the services of a10> the company, and 98% would share their satisfaction with the a16> the joint work with partners, business partners and acquaintances.
The conducted survey shows that satisfaction with products and services of V-Gas is extremely high.
