Last year, we once again conducted a survey among customers and employees using V-Gas’s services and products in order to obtain feedback on their satisfaction. The results of 132 completed surveys “Are you satisfied with V-Gas’s service?” indicate that approximately 80% (79.5%) are completely satisfied with the company’s services and products, while 16% are very satisfied with them.

The survey consists of 22 questions covering the assessment of the service provided by the Finance and Accounting and Sales Departments; the Contact Center; the Order Acceptance and Delivery Planning Department; the technical control and installation specialists; the technical service specialists, etc. All departments receive high ratings for service quality, with the highest number of respondents fully satisfied with the Order Acceptance and Planning Department (72%) and the Sales Department (67%).

The summary results of the respondents’ assessment of the statements regarding the services provided by V-Gas also show a high level of satisfaction:
- 116 (nearly 90% of respondents) completely or somewhat agree with the statement “The offers provided are accurate, clear, and transparent.”
- 124 (93% of respondents) are completely or rather agree with the statement “The delivered products are of good quality.”
- 126 (over 95% of respondents) completely or somewhat agree with the statement “The delivery process is high-quality and secure.”
- 114 (over 86% of respondents) totally or somewhat agree with the statement “The price of the products and services offered is adequate for the market.”
- 125 (95% of respondents) are completely or rather agree with the statement “I would recommend the products and services of V-Gas.”
This year, we will continue to seek feedback from you, our customers, in order to optimize our work and continue to follow the business principles that are fundamental to our company – professionalism, openness, and loyalty.
