On the 30th of the month General meeting of the LPG association, which was held on May 23 this year, was elected new management board, which will lead the organization for the next two years.
V-Gas is a member of Liquid Gas Europe, along with a number of national LPG associations, major European propane-butane suppliers and distributors, and equipment manufacturers. With the support of industry experts, Liquid Gas Europe is actively involved in specific initiatives and programs to ensure the sustainable, safe, and efficient development of the industry in Europe.
Esther Busscher is Head of Public Affairs at SHV Energy and previously served as Vice Chair of the Association. “Now is the time to unite and work together as a dynamic and talented team whose mission is to stimulate the formation of European policies that support the use of propane-butane as an alternative energy source,” said Busscher during the meeting.
Her predecessor, Francesco Franchi of Costiero Gas Livorno SpA, successfully initiated key changes within the Association. “As an experienced expert on European issues, Esther Busscher is the perfect choice to lead Liquid Gas Europe into new horizons,” said Samuel Maubanc, Director General of Liquid Gas Europe.
