2024 was marked by a number of key projects and initiatives that cemented V-Gas’s position as a leader in the fuel sector.
Expansion of capacity with new tanks
One of our greatest successes was the completion of a large-scale project to install three new propane-butane tanks at our gas filling plant in the village of Benkovski. The tanks, with an impressive total volume of 1,200 cubic meters and each weighing over 80 tons, were transported from Haskovo and installed on pre-prepared foundations. The project doubled our storage capacity and will optimize our operational capabilities for receiving, unloading, and processing the product.
Financial successes and awards
V-Gas maintained its leading position in the prestigious ranking K100 by Capital, ranking 26th among the largest companies in Bulgaria in the Fuel sector. With revenues of nearly BGN 120 million and profits of over BGN 3.5 million, we recorded significant growth in profitability. This is further proof of the company’s sustainability and good management in a dynamic and competitive market context.
Investments in safety and training
Safety has always been of paramount importance to V-Gas. Over the past year, we have conducted regular and additional training, including emergency drills at the Benkovski base and a specialized safe driving course, in which over 30 employees participated. These initiatives reinforce our commitment to the high safety standards we maintain every year.
We have passed successfully several audits on security by our counterparties and state institutions.
Participation in presentations and conferences
In 2024, for another year, we participated in exhibitions such as Camping & Caravaning Expo in Sofia and Plovdiv, where we present our products with an emphasis on our smart solutions for camping and tourism. a29> solutions for camping and tourism.
Also this way we took part in the a1>press conference of the Bulgarian Oil and Gas Association (BPGA), held at the beginning of the year with a focus strategy for energy transition in transport. During the event, our executive director, Maya Blagoeva, emphasized that propane-butane is a fuel, which will play an important role in achieving the goals of the energy transition, set by the EU.
We also took part in the conference marking the 25th anniversary of the association, during which our CEO Maya Blagoeva gave a presentation in which she expressed her confidence that with the right strategy and partnership between business and the state, propane-butane can play a significant role in reducing carbon emissions.

In 2024, we opened our new office in Sofia at 79 Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd, floor 1. This step symbolizes our ambition to expand and seek the most convenient ways to maintain a positive corporate culture.

Over the past year, V-Gas has once again placed its customers at the center of its efforts. We have implemented a number of initiatives, including joint games with our partners from N-JOY radio, through which we promoted the benefits of using propane-butane. 
We ran several promotional campaigns with our partners from retail fuel chains in connection with the sale of bottles for household customers. At the end of the year, we launched a special promotion offering a 10% discount on orders of our products with home delivery. We also delighted our customers with over 100 prizes after the campaign ended.
