At the end of August, our special contest came to an end. a8> for camping recipes, in collaboration with Camping.bg. The pleasant aftertaste remains, thanks to the original suggestions of over 40 participants, who sent photos and videos with their culinary adventures during their journey. We publish some of the best camping recipes, which we have awarded with our reliable camper bottles and V-Gas Mini.
Mariana Slavcheva: Veal with vegetables / Macaroni with veal
Ingredients: 1 can of cooked beef in its own sauce (600 g), 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 carrot, 1/2 onion, salt, black pepper.
Vegetables cut into a3> thin strips and sauté until half cooked in oil. After that add 1/2 of the meat from the can. After another 10 min. on low heat on the gas stove the dish is ready.
For the pasta, cook it al dente in salted water, then add the remaining beef and a little fat. After 10 minutes on low heat, the dish is ready. Season with salt to taste and oregano if desired.
Marina Tasheva: Soden pies
Ingredients: 1 cup sour milk, 1 kg flour, 1 tbsp. baking soda, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 eggs, as desired, chop a few hot peppers and add to the mixture and stir well. a17> peppers and are added to the dough. From this made dough is shaped into small pies and baked on the fire.
Tasko Papanchev: Pirozhki
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 cup sour milk, 200 g. cheese, 1 tbsp baking soda, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1-2 l vinegar, 800 g. flour and oil for frying …. Knead, shape, fry … and eat
Stefan Zahariev: Banitsa in a pan
Beat 2 eggs with 150 g fresh milk and 150 g yogurt, 1/2 tsp baking soda dissolved in milk, and 50 ml oil. Crumble about 200 g cheese. Place one sheet of pastry in a well-oiled cold pan. Tear a few sheets and dip them in the beaten egg mixture. Arrange them in the pan and sprinkle with crumbled cheese. Three to four sheets are enough for one banitsa. Bake on medium heat for about 15 minutes on one side and the same on the other.
