The results of our survey “Are you satisfied with V-Gas’s service?” show that over 80% of respondents are completely satisfied with our products and services. The highest possible rating was given by 101 out of 125 customers and employees who use the company’s products and services.
Results of the survey “Are you satisfied with V-Gas’s service?”, period: June-November 2019
The survey consists of 21 questions covering the assessment of the service provided by the Finance and Accounting and Sales Departments; the Contact Center; the Order Acceptance and Delivery Planning Department; the technical control and installation specialists; the technical service, maintenance, and inspection specialists; and the drivers. All departments receive high ratings for service quality, with the highest number of respondents fully satisfied with the Order Acceptance and Planning Department (80.8%) and Sales Department (77.6%).
The results of customer and employee assessments of statements about V-Gas’s service in general also show a high level of satisfaction:
- 105 of respondents strongly agree with the statement “The offers are accurate, clear, and transparent.“
- 101 of respondents strongly agree with the statement “The products delivered are of good quality.“
- 110 of respondents strongly agree with the statement “The delivery process is high-quality and secure.“
- 82 of respondents strongly agree with the statement “The price of the products and services offered is adequate for the market.“
- 108 of those surveyed are completely in agreement with the statement “I would recommend the products and services of V-Gas.”

Most respondents do not have specific recommendations, but some of them share that “your team is made up of professionals, fair and responsive people” and “I have no recommendations, it is a pleasure to work with them.”
Unfortunately, a relatively low percentage of respondents (50.9%) learn about products and services from our website www. v-gas.bg, which may be attributed to the fact that only 6.4% of those who completed the survey are between the ages of 21 and 32.
We are extremely happy that the survey “Are you satisfied with the service provided by V-Gas?”, conducted among our customers, proves their satisfaction with V-Gas products and services. We will continue to work towards providing high-quality and timely service.
