For yet another year, the V-Gas team has demonstrated that our diligent work to meet the needs and desires of our customers is yielding results. In 2019, we focused our efforts on optimizing our services and products related to autogas and liquefied hydrocarbon gas for industrial and domestic use. This led to an increase in the number of our customers and the expansion of our sales network.
Here’s what we’ll remember about the past year:
- We conducted a survey among 125 customers and employees, and the results showed that over 80% of them are completely satisfied with our products and services.
- We purchased over 10,500 new gas cylinders, 4,200 of which are gas cylinders with a new type of valve that optimizes their safe operation;
- Maya Blagoeva became executive director of V-Gas as the company joined the family of Synergon Holding JSC;
- We participated in the high-level LPG conference in Sochi;
- Our team participated in socially responsible initiatives such as Caps for the Future and Marathon Day;
- We took an active part in the seminar of the Bulgarian Oil and Gas Association and insisted on clear rules for filling propane-butane cylinders;
- We received initial registration in accordance with the Law on the administrative regulation of economic activities related to petroleum and petroleum products.
