Over the past dynamic year, we have managed to respond to market challenges, complete a number of optimizations, and justify the trust of our current customers, as well as attract new ones. This would not have been possible if we had not built a cohesive team with expert knowledge and a desire for development over the years.
For more than 20 years, we have been offering Bulgarian consumers bottles for household use, both through our own network of partners and through the shelves of almost all retail petrol station chains. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a reliable provider of technical services and safety training. That is why our products and services are preferred by both domestic and industrial customers and auto gas stations.
Here are just some of V-Gas’s achievements in 2021 that help us look forward with confidence to another successful new year.
Attracting new customers and increasing trust in the company.
In 2021, we are seeing an 80% increase in new customers for gas installations, with sales volume set to double compared to 2019. More and more consumers are becoming convinced of the reliability and practicality of home heating installations and the quality of the service we provide. Our customers prefer us because we offer comprehensive service – from providing a tank (on deposit or purchase), technical consultations and training, assistance with installation and legalization, propane refilling, follow-up maintenance and prevention, to technical inspection of the tank and installation, emergency assistance, etc.
Not only is the number of customers for V-Gas home installations increasing, but also those who use our other products and services, thanks to our timely and reliable deliveries covering the whole of Bulgaria. We continue to be the preferred supplier of autogas for many of the well-known petrol station chains on the market.
Introduction of a new top product – high-quality Hexagon Ragasco composite bottles.
From the beginning of 2021, we offer to the Bulgarian market innovative composite bottles, compliant with the highest standards for quality and safety. The cylinders are manufactured by the world leader Hexagon Ragasco. The innovative bottles are extremely lightweight and are a34> easy to transport and store. The pilot batch has already been distributed among key customers, taking into account the benefits of optimized transportation. Due to increased interest from corporate customers, we plan to provide a new batch in 2022.
In 2021, our employees underwent over 35 training courses.
Over the past year, we have conducted dozens of employee training sessions, with priority given to those related to regulations and safety, as well as those aimed at improving qualifications. We regularly collect feedback from our employees through an internal survey covering various aspects of their duties within the company.
Optimization in key priorities – quality, safety, and security at work.
Product quality control (propane-butane and propane) remains an extremely important priority for the company. Chromatographic analyses confirm full compliance with BDS EN 589, high propane content, and the product also provides vapor pressure suitable for each season.
We continue to justify our excellent reputation in terms of safety and compliance with legislation. We have successfully passed the regular annual inspections by the control authorities – “Ministry of Environment and Water” and Municipality “Maritsa”; State Agency “State Reserve and wartime stocks“; “State Technical Inspection Agency”, “General Labor Inspectorate” and Regional Directorate “Fire Safety and Civil Protection”.
In 2021, we also made a number of investments in software updates and improving information security.
Over the past year, our company has continued to be a market leader thanks to its long-standing experience in representing customers in all possible applications of LPG – cylinders, industrial and domestic gas installations, autogas, wholesale trade, logistics and technical services, consulting, and training.
We are welcoming 2022 with the start of the implementation of an environmental goal – the construction of a photovoltaic power plant for the own needs of GPS Benkovski, for which permits have already been issued.
